Below are brief descriptions of most of the criteria we look for in each rental applicant. Each of these pieces of information are individually reviewed for every application received. Applications are reviewed in the order in which they are received.

To verify rent will not be an additional burden on debt, we conduct a routine credit check.
Verification of income and job history is important to ensure that the home you applied for meets your budget.
Whether this is the first, second, or fifth time in a rental home, we want to make sure our service is tailored to each renter's understanding and needs.
The more, the merrier! We need to verify our lease is fit for each resident's needs, including accounting for additional roommates, pets, or other cohabitants.
